Baking Tin MasterClass

This MasterClass Professional Vitreous Enamel Square Baking Pan’s heavy duty core and durable coating allow you to excel in the kitchen – whether you’re roasting, baking or cooking. It’s very versatile, so you could, for example, bake square sponge cakes, a lasagne or roast potatoes. It’s made from heavy duty 1 mm thick steel which is finished with a premium performance layer of vitreous enamel. With its excellent heat conducting properties, it absorbs and distributes the heat from your oven more quickly and evenly. This means you can effortlessly achieve moist sponges or lasagne that’s cooked right the way through in reduced times. Robust enough to withstand bumps, nicks and scrapes, it’s also ideal for use in commercial kitchen environments. With its vitreous enamel layer you can also use it with a variety of heat sources, including induction hobs. So, it’s great for making gravy with meat juices over the stove top. There’s no need to worry about scratching it as you stir, whisk or slide metal utensils against its surface. The pan’s vitreous enamel layer is non-scratch. Preparing your food for serving is also much easier. Its non-stick surface simply releases food without trouble, protecting perfectly formed shapes and delicately crisp textures from being damaged. With no stuck food, this square baking pan’s premium performance coating is much easier to clean. You can rinse it by hand or pop it in a dishwasher.
