Salad Bowl Human Collection

Design: Bruno Moretti, Guy Savoy The salad bowl is part of the Human Collection, a contribution from the French designer Bruno Moretti and the star chef Guy Savoy. This association between Moretti and Savoy arose from a shared passion for refined simplicity, the quality of the materials and the harmonious presentation, and a continuity between the kitchen and the dining room. The salad bowl is a cardidoid, an algebraic curve that is reminiscent of an open leaf in shape or, as the name suggests, a heart. Elegant lines that open wide to the outside and make it possible to assemble and present any recipe based on the consistency and sensitivity of the ingredients. The shape allows the ingredients to be mixed with elegance and care. Publication year: 2016 ALESSI aims to transfer the search for the highest cultural, aesthetic, executive and functional quality to industrial mass production and to respond to the need for happiness, art and poetry with its products, a need that is felt by all humanity.
