Confit Fig & Walnut

This delicious fig and walnut spread from Nicolas Vahé is perfect for a cheese platter. The spread is reminiscent of jam, but contains less sugar and more fruit. The combination of acidity and sweetness forms a suitable contrast to the cheese. Try the spread with a good blue cheese, goat cheese or another strong cheese.
