If using a lid, the pan must be at least 10.5 cm deep. Always ensure there is sufficient water in the pan to produce steam, and top up if necessary during cooking. Never allow the pan to dry out or overheat, as this can damage both the product and the pan. This product is only suitable for use in straight-sided pans and is not suitable for use in frying pans or woks.
