Yes! The Interior Design Service makes for a unique and thoughtful gift. Simply purchase a gift voucher via this website. You will receive an email with a link to an online questionnaire — just indicate that the service is a gift. We will then send you a PDF voucher to print out.

For us, a room is a clearly defined area with its own function – for example, a living room, bedroom, or home office. Every enclosed area with a door or distinct separation counts as one room. However, open living and dining areas are considered together as a single room.

In the questionnaire you’ll find in your confirmation email, you’ll be asked to upload the floor plan of your room with all dimensions – from walls and ceiling height to windows, doors, and sloped areas. If you would like to keep any furniture or products, please also include their dimensions and a photo. This information is essential to get your project started.

Our Design Service is currently available for all standard living spaces, such as living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, entryways, and similar, but not for kitchens or bathrooms, as we do not offer furniture for these areas.

However, with our Basic Service, you can still receive tips from our interior design team on how to elevate your kitchen or bathroom through decor, textiles, and accessories. Since we do offer a range of decorative items, textiles, and kitchen and bathroom accessories, we can help you bring these spaces to the next level without full furniture planning.

You will receive your shopping voucher and further information via email after completing your consultation. The voucher value corresponds to the amount you paid per room for the consultation. For example, if you booked a Premium consultation for one room at a price of €159, you will receive a €159 voucher, which can be redeemed on orders over €1,000.

Your voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt and can be used once during the checkout process on www.westwing.nl by entering it in the shopping cart. Cash payment or interest on the voucher is not possible. Please note that the voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers and is individually linked to your customer account. In the event of a (partial) return, the voucher amount cannot be refunded.

We gladly include your beloved furniture pieces as accents in your concept. For the visualization, we focus primarily on new furniture pieces from Westwing.

After your design consultation, you only have to wait around 5- 7 working days. In the meantime, your interior designer will create a customised room concept for you.

No worries – you’re always in control of what goes into your basket. But we’ve tailored the shopping list so closely to your wishes and needs, it might be hard to resist.

Yes, the decoration is an essential part of the design concept. We even recommend complementary flower bouquets to complete the look.

Our collections are constantly evolving, so we recommend commissioning a design 8–12 weeks before your move-in date.

Of course, we are happy to design your balcony or terrace. Therefore simply book the service package of your choice.

We take great pride in the style and quality of our own products. However, if a product from a selected external supplier is better suited to your space, we will include it in our recommendations.

Absolutely! Your interior designer will carefully match furniture dimensions to your space and suggest the ideal rug size for your room.
